Estée Lauder double wear light foundation

I have been using this for a month and I have to say I love it goes on evenly you don't need much and doesn't look like you have foundation on which is what you want. Finding the right foundation is expensive and time consuming I discovered this as I was kindly given a sample.

Premenstrual

I have been taking Agnus Castus for over 5 years and they really have changed my life I get mine from Healthspan as they are best quality, tiny tablets but 4mg strength some other ranges i have tried you have to take two or more and they are size of bullets.

Once they are in your system they really do control premenstrual syndrome, breast tenderness, mood swings, bloating, menstrual cramps, irritability when run out I sometimes have said to myself it is all in the mind and I don't need them then I get one of above.

I have told all my friends and it has really helped them.

Check your moles

I have a traumatic start to the year but enough about that.

Health is so important and regularly checking your moles is so important and should get them checked every two years.

I went today I hate wasting Dr's time as I have only have one hidden in my hair line everything good but as we get older we get all sorts of things skin blemishes skin tags, even what think is skin tag is actually a wart so get checked and puts your mind at rest I had what a thought was a mole along my bra line so small I was embarrassed to mention it but it was
a wart much  to my horror yuk so got it blasted with cold canister and booked in again in 4 weeks make sure this tiny dot of thing goes.I was wasn't going mention as felt silly and time waster. The moral of story however small a good skin doctor will be glad you had it looked at.

So as Beauty Therapist I can say I practise what I preach when I look at people's skin.

YASOU Natural Organic Skin Care

I have started using the YASOU BODY CREAM for just over a week what i like about it is how rich the consistency is and soaks in really well i like using it best over night after a bath or shower so i can really benefit from it as my pores are open and soaks in even more, the cream has a slight firming texture which gives you confidence.

This luxury Mediterranean inspired cream really does feel like a treat and i haven't got particularly dry skin at the moment but i still like to really hydrate my skin and who doesn't want to use luxurious spa inspired cream. Would be great for dry and dehydrated skin or if you have just come back from hot climate and been in sun you would feel as if your back on the beach.

Phyto Hair Products

Finding the right conditioner or masque for your hair is as important as your shampoo your hair can be greasy at the roots and dry at the ends.

I have fine hair and a lot of it so i need a lighter shampoo not to weigh my hair down and conditioner that hydrates and de tangles and gives my hair bounce.

I really like Phyto shampoo's and have been using them for over 8 years as they have great selection, they are more expensive than your commercial shampoo's  but last for ages as you only need a tiny cap full per wash you should always wash your hair twice especially if longer the first wash to get rid of any dirt and debris and the second to really clean.

I am using also  the moment the sensitive scalp shampoo PHYTOAPAISANT and the PHYTOJOBA MASQUE even though it says MASQUE you use in the same way as a conditioner and if you have time leave on for 5 minutes i haven't got time a lot of the time so i apply to the ends mid shaft as you don't need conditioner on the roots the shampoo takes care of that.

Then i towel dry comb into shape i then use the PHYTOVOLUME ACTIF SPRAY and spray into sections at the roots to give my hair a lift.

You can buy Phyto from John Lewis and my favourite on line Beauty and Hair Internet shop Feel Unique they offer a prompt service with back up confirmation and free postage.

Beauty Health

The weather has not been Spring like in the UK i had flu all Easter which has made my skin feel dry and parched i am lucky enough to work with great skin care products.

My skin needed a drink it felt so dry especially around my cheeks and nose so i practised what i preached and started using the S5 Replenish serum which contains Desert Argan oil which is rich in omega 6, and retinoic acid used for its vitamin A and Vitamin C content which is good for the skin and speeds up healing so not only did up my Vitamin C drinking orange juice i was using externally on my skin as well.

So being ill really gave me a chance to really test the Replenish serum which i use in the S5 Facials if i feel my client needs this particular serum and as i write this Blog it has restored my skin but will keep using am and pm until i feel it is back to normal.

Another Health issue while i think of it we are all spending more time on smart phones and laptops and sometimes we get engrossed in what we are doing it can make your eyes dry and even give you eye strain so good to set a timer as i know when i am catching up with my social media i can be on too long and even feel sick afterwards as i look over at the clock and i have been on for hour without a break so i have on hand Dry Eyes Eye Mist, spray over closed eyes and rejuvenates and gives my eyes moisture obviously i am now making effort to take regular breaks. Their are other makes Optrex does a good one too.

Magnesium Sulphate Paste BP Paste

Sometimes it is the old fashion remedies that really work after waxing you can get ingrowing hairs even if you exfoliate i recently got a couple of ingrowing hairs. If not treated they can be painful depending on where they are you can treat them yourself if they are infected or pustule then i would recommend seeing your Doctor.

I had a small one on side of my bikini line not internal so after showering on clean skin stir the paste apply with cotton bud the Magnesium Sulphate and cover with a plaster and what it does it draws it up to the surface and allowing the hair to be freed this is much better than squeezing which can cause infection you can use Magnesium Sulphate on boils obviously check your not allergic to the ingredients you can buy Magnesium Sulphate from all good chemist and pharmacies.

Another good products for ingrowing hairs is Epsom salts used in the bath just sprinkle some into the bath water and soak yourself, good for the muscles and skin toning great for internal ingrowing hairs in the bikini line as the warm water and the Epsom salts draws to the surface these products our under £5 pounds you can buy in Boots the Epsom salts and Magnesium Sulphate.

Epsom Salts is great to use after child birth in the bath water for heeling just decanter into a nice jar makes lovely gift and practical.
