This has been my first Blog in a while been busy with life but I have missed it.

I don't get paid to Blog I do it because my job as Beauty Therapist is not only my job but my hobby I am more hands off now to anyone who is a Beauty Therapist would know it is physically demanding and I often have to go to chiropractor or Acupunturist both different mediums but work for me as well as Yoga and PT were I can.
