Spa 51 located in St James is a small intimate spa they use Ann Semonin which are beautiful skin range and used mostly in top hotels and spas i have mentioned the Marine emulsion cream on Twitter which has lovely feeling on the skin hydrate's well, good for all skin types especially normal to combination skins.
My next Spa these aren't in any order or preference is the Sofitel spa St James one of the product ranges they use is Cinq Mondes products my favourite is the Egyptian hair and room spray it is up lifting and just smells very expensive.
These Spa's offer afternoon i have had afternoon tea at the Sofitel for my birthday in the Rose Lounge highly recommend your not rushed.
Soho Hotel just off Dean street London also does a good afternoon tea too haven't experienced their treatments they use Temple Spa products.
